Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada" and it is shipped to our US returns address.

How to Measure Your Head

1. Use a soft measuring tape.
2. Wrap it around your head, just above your ears and eyebrows—where a hat would naturally sit.
3. Make sure the tape is level and snug but not tight.
4. Match your measurement to the chart above.

Most casual caps and beanies come in "One Size Fits Most", often with adjustable straps or elastic to accommodate head sizes from about 22" to 24" (56–61 cm).
