Hemming Service

We’ll adjust your jeans to your desired inseam using a visible (lock) stitch, a standard method with single stitching on both the interior and exterior. Depending on how much length is removed, faint traces of the original stitching may remain, and distressed styles will lose distressing on the hemmed portion.

Important to know

• If you're ordering multiple jeans, you'll need to add a separate hemming service for each pair you'd like shortened.
• This service is for shortening only, we cannot lengthen jeans.
• If your jean has a decorative hem, we will reach out to confirm you want to proceed having your jeans hemmed. We do not do euro hems. 
• Once jeans are hemmed, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Hemming adds approximately 2 additional business days to standard shipping times.

Shipping Policy

We ship through a third-party fulfillment provider that utilizes a variety of carriers, including Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, and USPS. We may choose a shipping provider based on delivery times and fees. US orders have additional requirements. Please read our return policy for more info.

Canada:

All shipping fees are non-refundable, and are listed in Canadian Dollars. Free shipping rates are valid on pre-tax amount.

Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada" and it is shipped to our US returns address.
