Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original state with tags. Please continue reading to learn more about initiating a return. If the system does not allow you to process a return due to being out of the return window, please contact us in our support window and we will be happy to assist.

To submit a return request:

1. Enter your Order Number and Shipping Return Address in the fields
2. Select the product(s) you wish to return/exchange/obtain store credit
3. Please provide the reason for your return
4. The system will prompt you for an exchange in a similar product/size. You can choose to exchange the product, or continue with a return
5. If you've chosen a return, please choose whether you'd like your return via store credit or refund
7. Click Submit return. If the product is approved for return by Wei's, you can begin the process to ship the product to Wei's address, listed below. You will be responsible for shipping costs to Wei's address below. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Return Policy
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
- Please make sure of the style, size and fit of your purchase. We cannot guarantee the fit of any item due to variances in manufacturing.
- Within 30 days of purchase, an item can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit note subject to the following conditions:
- For in-store sales, receipt must be presented. No exchange or credit note without receipt.
- For an online sale, online sales data will be referenced for your request.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- If the return window has closed, you are not eligible for a return/exchange. We reserve the right to decline any return/exchange requests outside of the 30-day return window.
- Your refund will be processed once we receive your goods at our shipping address. Within 1 (one) month, items must be received by Wei's, with all tags and packaging, in perfect condition. If items are not received within one month of the return being opened, we will cancel your return.
- Items cannot be soiled, washed, worn, creased or otherwise devalued.
- If the item is not received within 1 month after opening a return request, the return will be cancelled.
- Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was shipped may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items are non-returnable. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. By purchasing a clearance item, you acknowledge that the item is final sale.
- No cash refunds are provided.
- For US returns, we will charge a $30 CAD fee for processing the return. This covers the cost of return shipping, as we will provide a label for US returns. Exchanges and store credits do not have a processing fee.
- For international orders, any additional customs fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Wei's reserves the right to charge a processing fee and/or withhold any shipping costs.
EXCLUSIONS: Some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic or being final sale:
- Hats, belts, undergarments, socks, insoles, gloves
- Perfumes, jewelry, books
- Tack and saddlery
- Sale or discounted items, including clearance items, special order items
Online Purchases
In addition to the above exchange/credit policies, the following policies also apply to purchases made online:
- We reserve the right to correct errors. When transferring data to our website, a human or computer error may occur and we will correct it when we realize the error. Thank you for your understanding.
- Customer must cover cost to ship products back to Wei's. Proper packing is essential and any damage during shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Consider obtaining insurance or a tracking code.
- All additional costs related to online returns are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please do not send any item back without first opening a return/exchange via our portal. Returns sent back without an open return on our portal will be refused.
- Remember, the item approved for return and refund must be received by Wei's within one month of purchase.
- Items sent back for requested exchange or credit will be inspected by Wei's prior to any approvals.
- As noted, we cannot guarantee the fit of any item, and cash refunds are not provided.

If an item purchased from Wei's has a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We need to see the item, and will ensure manufacturers honour their product warranties.
