Shipping policy
1. Free Shipping Offer
If your order meets the Free shipping minimum for regular priced or clearance items, you must also select Standard shipping in the shopping cart. Total order amount (excluding taxes) must meet the minimum order amount required. Exclusions: all cowboy hats, specific clearance items, select items with heavy weight or other shipping issues. Wei's reserves the right to change the shipping rates, policy, and free shipping threshold at any time, including for sale promotions.
The Free Shipping offer is as follows:
Canada
Regular Shipping: Starting at $20 - Free over $150 (regular price) or $250 (sales that are applied in cart)
Express Shipping: Item Dependent
United States
Regular Shipping: Starting at $25 - Free over $250 (regular price and sales that are applied in cart)

2. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or we will offer a suitable product in exchange.
Our shipping provider picks up on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule, meaning that shipments may have up to a 48-hour fulfillment window to be dispatched to you. We utilize a variety of shipping partners, balancing rates and shipping times to arrive to your address. If you require any shipping needs or adjustments, such as a priority order, please message us or send an email to support@weiswesternwear.com so we can try to accommodate your request.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping through a variety of providers. You may see various shipping quotes based on Canada Post rates, but we reserve the right to ship via a provider that provides the most competitive rates.
You may have the option to select a duties paid option at checkout. If this is the case, we will aim to provide shipments via a DDP (delivery duties paid) method, but cannot guarantee that your local customs authority will not charge duties upon receipt. The payment of duties upon product receipt are not the responsibility of Wei's at any time.
3. Delivery Time
Wei's fulfills your order during a Monday-Friday week. If you order on the weekend, orders will be fulfilled the next business day with tracking. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Please note, we cannot guarantee the fit of any item. Please also read our Refund/Return/Exchange policy, which applies to any item purchased from Wei's. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges.
