Due to the wild nature of Giant Gator skin, tile size and shape may vary—each boot is one-of-a-kind.

• Care: Keep exotic cowboy boots supple by wiping with dry cloth after wearing to remove dust from between scales. Bickmore Exotic Conditioner or similar is also recommended to prevent scales from drying and cracking.

• Due to changing regulations, exotic boots are not permitted to be shipped across international borders. Exotics are for Canadian orders only.

We generally ship through Canada Post, which is serviced by USPS in the United States and various international carriers. We may choose a different shipping provider based on delivery times and fees. US orders have additional requirements. Please read our return policy for more info.

Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada.”
