Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada" and it is shipped to our US returns address.

How to Measure Your Foot

1. Place your foot flat on a piece of paper.
2. Mark the heel and the tip of your longest toe.
3. Measure the distance between these marks for foot length.
4. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.
