Sizing and care: Felt hats run true to size if you measure the circumference of your head correctly. If you fall between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size and using a sweatband shim to dial in the fit, as a tight hat can cause discomfort during long days of wear. To preserve the shape of the 4-1/4" brim, always store your hat upside down on its crown or on a dedicated hat rack.

Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada" and it is shipped to our US returns address.
