Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada.”

• Center Back Length: Measure from the base of your neck down your spine to where you want the jacket to end.
• Sleeve Length: With your arm relaxed at your side, measure from the center back of your neck, over your shoulder, and down your arm to your wrist.
