This product is handmade with excellent craftsmanship by a company called Eugene Cloutier Inc. established in Saint-Emile, in the northern suburbs of Quebec city in Canada. Three generations of artisans have perfected their know-how and diversified their production creating a brand, Laurentian Chief, that is known around the world. They have been manufacturing superb moccasins since 1945.

We generally ship through Canada Post, which is serviced by USPS in the United States and various international carriers. We may choose a different shipping provider based on delivery times and fees. US orders have additional requirements. Please read our return policy for more info.

Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada" and it is shipped to our US returns address.
