Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada" and it is shipped to our US returns address.

Our Harley-Davidson women's boots are true to size for most customers. For the best fit, we recommend ordering your regular shoe size. If you're between sizes, it's best to size up by half a size for added comfort.

• Width: Standard width (B) for most women's boots. If you have narrower feet, consider going half a size down, and for wider feet, you may want to go up half a size for more room.
• Break-In Period: Boots may feel a bit stiff at first, but they will soften and conform to your feet with wear.
