Sizing and care: Boulet boots generally run true to size, but because they are built on a traditional North American construction standard, they may feel slightly more generous in the heel than assembly-line footwear. The oiled cowhide leather is supple right out of the box and requires very little break-in time. To maintain the water-resistant properties, treat the leather periodically with a clear leather oil or mink oil, keeping in mind that these treatments will naturally maintain the deep, dark characteristics of the oiled finish.
