We generally ship through Canada Post, which is serviced by USPS in the United States and various international carriers. We may choose a different shipping provider based on delivery times and fees. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing of order.

Canada:

United States:

Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

The BEST - Period.

I have purchased 6 pairs of these Boots over the years as they are all I can wear on my feet for hours on end without pain… my regular store in Ontario here didn’t have my boots - which lead me to Wei’s! Transaction went great (although the price of these boots has absolutely skyrocketed… but that’s no fault to Wei’s).
