Sizing and Fit

Akubra hats run true to size in centimetres. Our team suggests measuring the circumference of your head roughly one finger-width above your ears and eyebrows to find your correct centimetre size. If you fall between sizes, order the next size up; fur felt naturally conforms to your head shape over time and can be padded down slightly if needed, but it cannot easily be stretched.

Note: Due to manufacturer supply changes, Akubra no longer includes branded cardboard hat boxes. Your hat will be securely packed and shipped using our own specialized, heavy-duty protective packaging to guarantee it arrives at your door in pristine shape.

Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada" and it is shipped to our US returns address.
