Sizing and Fit

Akubra hats run true to European centimeter sizing. Because pure fur felt adapts to your unique head shape over time, our team suggests ordering your exact centimeter measurement. If you find yourself between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size and utilizing a hat insert, as the inner leather sweatband will naturally shrink slightly and conform precisely to your head shape during the first few weeks of wear in warm weather.

Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada" and it is shipped to our US returns address.
