Note, Carolina work boots are ASTM approved, however they do not submit them for CSA approval because Canada is a much smaller market.

Return Policy

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn carrying the original tags can be returned within 14 days of fulfillment for a refund or exchange. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns.

For International orders, when shipping your return, please ensure that the description of goods states: “Goods returning to Canada" and it is shipped to our US returns address.

Carolina offers multiple width options, including B (narrow), D (medium), EE (wide), and 3E (extra wide), depending on the model, making it easier to dial in the right fit. A short break-in period is normal—boots may feel snug at first but will soften and mold to your foot over time. If you use aftermarket insoles, be sure to factor in the added volume when selecting your size.
