It's no surprise women's workwear needs and women's work boot needs are almost exactly the same as men's. The difference is the fit. Some brands like Ariat and Carhartt make clothes specifically for Women. Or, "Unisex" styles usually have women's size translations listed. Or, items such as a hoodie or jac-shirt might be bought in men's styles.
